About the author
As a retired primary school teacher, Beverley has used experiences and knowledge from her many years of teaching young children to write stories for them.
About the illustrators
Jan Briggs, illustrator for ‘Come Here Daisy’, ‘It’s Friday 13th Daisy’ and ‘Little Stories for Little People’, works in a variety of mediums including watercolour, pen and wash, inks, pastel, acrylic and scratchboard.
Josephine Hemingway, illustrator for ‘Where Do Seagulls Sleep at Night?’ is a freelance graphic artist and art teacher. Developing creative skills and promoting confidence are strategies Josephine focuses on when teaching primary, secondary, adult and artist-in-residence programs.
